The rooms are very old . Need more cleaning the rooms. All infrastructure are in poor condition need more maintenance and remodeling. The food was very expensive and very bad. We ordered a picada was few pieces of meet rest was fries. There is a better hotel for the same money

Excellent service from the girls, Natalia, Valentina, Yeimi, María José, Verónica, the perfect price, the room is according to the price, always clean, excellent location, in the historic-colonial area, I definitely recommend it , in itself I stayed longer than I had planned. ;) quiet place.

Loved the staff! They were so attentive and kind and able to meet our food needs (vegan, gluten free). Fresh food! Beautiful vistas. The property is delightful and the pool is exceptionally clean and refreshing. Also the entrance is protected nicely so that you feel secure on the property.
