We spent 2 nights at this well run hotel in the heart of Popayan. The hotel has many nice historic details, 2 inner courtyards, and comfortable rooms with king beds. Our room was very well lit (we like to read) and nicely decorated. Our bathroom had 2 sinks, rare in our experience in older hotels. The staff was gracious and helpful, providing map of Popayan upon our arrival and pointing out points of interest. Breakfast was complete: juice, eggs, fruit, coffee and wonderful sour dough rolls with butter and jam. We'd definitely stay there again if we return to Popayan.

Excellent staff , not much choices on the breakfast but it was very good and healthy. The room was clean , our suite had a jacussi and we enjoyed it almost every evening. Highly recommended.

The location was fantastic, a block away from the main square and in the middle of all the shops and restaurants. Parking was great too, secure and right beside the property. The gentleman during check-in was very friendly and helpful.
