This was my fist time staying in Citybox hotel, and for sure I will stay in this hotel chain in the future as well. Everything was great: check-in was easy, the room was super clean, the bed was comfortable, the location was super convenient (close to the Old Town and very close to Terminal D where the ferry to Helsinki departs). There are many great facilities in the hotel as well (coffee machines, fridges with snacks, restaurant with good breakfast). During my stay, I felt like I could relax and do not worry about anything related to my accommodation. High recommendations!

Exceptionally kind staff that made the stay extra special and unforgettable. Thank you for helping with guest's various requests with such care and humanity. Good room size and everything was in good working order. Rested well because of the tranquility and overall peacefulness of the property. The room faced the residential complex and a small playground but the best part was the abundance of sunshine that poured into the room throughout the day. Substantial breakfast spread with loads of options and great selection for vegetarian/vegan! Excellent location as it was close to the beach/waterfront/promenade, grocery stores and tram stops.

Everything at this hotel was excellent! The rooms and bathroom were very spacious; The floor-to-ceiling windows allowed spectacular views of Tallinn; and food and beverages at the No 3 lounge and The Horisont Bar were excellent (Shout out to Jaagub the bartender at The Horisont Bar- He was so knowledgeable and attentive!) I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Tallinn.
