The hotel is kind of new one (6 months) very good service, breakfast was so good, customer service was very good. the only negative comment is that the hallways did not have air conditioner and while you walked through to go to the room it was like walking outside on the street, absolutely hot. the other think is they did not have ice machine. I visited the place 2 days before the staying and I asked the girl that work in the cafeteria if they had ice to take to the room and she said NOT. I cannot believe with that temperature and no ICE?... well the day I checked in I bought ice in Market 3 blocks away and solved the problem... But the place is nice, my room had good air conditioner and the jacuzzi was an extra amenity; I think the jacuzzi is a little high, literally you have to jump to get down, maybe if they place a little step to get in and out.Guest review byMaria Victoria PynnUnited States - 10.0

Guatapé should absolutely be on your travel bucket list—it’s a destination that offers a mesmerizing blend of natural beauty, culture, and adventure. Nestled in the Colombian Andes, this colorful town is surrounded by breathtaking views of lush green mountains and the shimmering expanse of the Peñol-Guatapé Reservoir. Whether you’re climbing the iconic El Peñol rock for panoramic vistas, strolling through the vibrant streets adorned with ornate zócalos, or gliding across the serene lake on a boat tour, every moment in Guatapé is infused with charm. It’s a place that invites you to slow down, soak in the scenery, and feel genuinely connected to nature and local life. However, the only negative to say is that many roads are not paved, which is due to the government's and private conflicts, for such a tourist area is a shame to see that. Hopefully it can improve.Guest review byGladys GPanama - 8.0
Rionegro is beautiful.
Rionegro is beautiful. I did not like the hotel as I had a rough start with terrible service from the receptionist the day before the trip. No TV options, so feel it's over priced for such bad service.Guest review byRensonUnited States - 10.0

Santa Fe is a beautiful old town, with truly original Spanish colonial architecture. Really better explored by walking, or maybe a 3 wheel motorized cart, or motorcycle, but not by car. There is very little parking, and the narrow roads in the old center don't accommodate 4 wheel vehicles. We found excellent restaurants using Google maps, inexpensive to very affordable. We enjoyed the Museo Juan de Corral for local history. The churches are very beautiful.Guest review byWilliamColombia - 10.0

Very nice people, one night we joined the Bingo, the place was full and we were treated like one of them, loved it!!! Climate was excellent and the city is well organized, attractive central park, beautiful church, extraordinary trip traveling from the main highway to the city of Jerico. Ahhh, parapente available in the near surrounding, a great experience!Guest review byJorgeUnited States - 6.0
Santa Elena is beautiful, but it's very Cold! Always!!
Santa Elena is beautiful, but it's very Cold! Always!! It's not just a seasonal thing, it's around 9000 ft altitude, so it's quite cold all year round. So dress appropriately! Also, houses don't have heating or insulation here, sometimes they'll have a fire place, but not always. I highly recommend booking places with a fire place as it makes a huge difference at night. Also, highly recommend you have a car when passing through here because everything is quite far! We went to Piedras Blanca part of Parque Arvi, and to be honest I was underwhelmed. Perhaps because it's low season, many parts were closed, but it didn't seem that interesting to me. We ate a Guadalajarra (2 Rs) restaurant. A tiny little Mexican restaurant, which I highly recommend!! We had the burger and the quesadillas, and both were excellent!Guest review byVeronika_StarrCanada - 10.0

Let’s see the pro and cons… pros mall and grocery store is a couple of blocks away so you can get everything you want there ( exchange money, buy snacks, drinks, alcohol, great restaurants 3rd floor at mall, gym since I work out etc etc. ) and if you want more authentic Colombia food go up one block to find plenty of that and up 5-6 blocks with ton more restaurants and a park that everyone is gather were you can relax and chill with the locals. The only con is the hotel doesn’t offer more options in food for breakfast and room service but I know what I paid and they were great with everything else especially service, amazing friendly well above and beyond. I will be back!Guest review byJuanUnited States - 10.0
What a diverse place, didn’t realize how big it was.
What a diverse place, didn’t realize how big it was. You definitely need to get a taxi or Uber to get around. Didn’t feel unsafe at all, lovely people even when language was a barrier . Lots of museums and things to do, Jardin Botanical was free and very beautiful. Parque Explora would be great for kids. Comuna 13 also worth a visit to find the street vendors and escalatorsGuest review byJustinUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Super great local lake getaway vibes.
Super great local lake getaway vibes. Take a boat tour of the lake (sizes range from a private solo tour up to a big party boat); climb the gigantic rock if you don’t mind the 650 steps up & down; visit the vegan restaurant a couple blocks off the main square; talk to the locals - they’re super friendly!Guest review byPJUnited States
